This original vintage poster of The Police is a real gem of our cultural heritage!
She announces the concert of the English rock band on September 21, 1983 at La Cipale / Vincennes
The Police gave an epic concert in Vincennes, with emblematic titles like "Every Breath You Take" and "Roxanne". That year they released "Synchronicity", their fifth and final studio album. This opus received very good reviews from the press and won three Grammy Awards in 1984, including Song of the Year for "Every Breath You Take". The commercial success of "Synchronicity" is such that it will succeed in dislodging Michael Jackson's "Thriller" album from the No. 1 spot on the American charts.
The Police is ranked number 70 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.
